How it Works

360° Implant Wrapping
in Under 60 Seconds

BioShield Pocket 3D is a three-dimensional pre-shaped mesh designed for total implant wrapping in prepectoral breast reconstruction. Its unique geometry allows complete 360° coverage of the implant without cutting or tailoring. The result is a fast, reproducible assembly that reduces intra-operative time and minimises handling of the implant.

Assembly Procedure

Rehydrate
Rehydrate the 3D mesh in sterile saline for 30–60 seconds. Smooth compact side faces the operator.

Position
Open the 3D pocket and position the implant inside the pre-shaped form.

Assemble
Close the base of the pocket around the posterior surface of the implant.
04
Secure
The 3D geometry holds the implant securely — no sutures required for assembly.
